Very mom and pop. Relatively authentic Afghan food, including vegetable dishes, kabobs also. Excellent bread. Greasy but good. Unfortunately, they took their best dishes, Aushak and Mantu, off the menu.

Afghan, perhaps a branch of Food Corner (see above), but they also have kept the rotisserie chicken from the Latin place that used to be here. I have yet to go.

The guy who owns this place (actually an Afghan singer) is a very cool guy - get to know him (he's not there that often anymore though) and his direct relatives that work there (his son is at the Annandale location frequently) and your experience at Food Corner will be much better. This is the kind of place where they remember you after one visit.
They have very good gyros (that aren't greasy) and I enjoy their chopan (lamb chop) and chicken with bone kabobs. Make sure you ask for extra green sauce! For a change try the dish with the seasoned rice with carrot and raisins.
