Pan-Asian, sort of, and run by Jeff Tunks, a food god. Can be excellent, but you take a big chance here for the price. Most go away disappointed, your best bet is the lamb chops. When it hits the spot, one of the two or three best places in town.

Agreed. Everyone was harping about Bistro Bis so I joined in only to be royally dissapointed.
Not much to say other than I wish I could forget the point when I walked through the door and when I put the fork down and waited impatiently to leave and maybe cleanse the palet with a bottle of good red.
Good red I said not that stuff they were pawning off as "house wine" there.
My fellow coworks still "owe me one" for that "flaw in judgement" that day.
