I wonder why you didn't mention Cafe Mozart in Washington DC when you talked about German restaurnts. I lived in Germany for a couple of years and Mozart is the closest thing around here to true German food. I totally agree with your comments on Berlin and Old Europe, but, Cafe Mozart at least deserves a mention.
